Refund policy

FITD wants you to be completely satisfied with your equipment. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

14-day returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with all parts and accessories, in its original packaging, and with your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at fitdtrading@gmail.com, call +971 56 500 2626 or message us on WhatsApp at +971 56 188 6023. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved we will tell you how and where to send it. For large equipment such as treadmills, cabinets and agility obstacles, we will arrange the collection with you.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us immediately with your order number and photos. We will evaluate the issue and repair, replace or refund the item.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items, including custom sizes, custom colours, smart lockers, smart containers and other items built to your specification — unless they are faulty or not as ordered.
  • Items that have been used, assembled or installed, unless they are faulty.
  • Food and hygiene products, and items such as bowls and feeding equipment once used.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or model is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order. For treadmill size questions, contact us before ordering and we will help you choose the right model for your dog.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
